I’m the owner of Power in Motion and have been training for over 16 years. I’ve worked with anyone from a 3 year old up to a 76 year old and everything in between. I’ve worked with athletes ranging from grade school all the way up to pros in the NFL, MLS, MLB, and several overseas basketball leagues.
I’m the person you call when you’re hurt and can’t get an answer with an injury. My passion is helping people work through and around their injuries to give them their life back.

As a former professional dancer, movement has always been a part of Faith’s life. With a background in both dance and fitness, she is passionate about helping people of all backgrounds build strength, move confidently and feel their best.
Faith’s training style focuses on functional strength, injury prevention and sustainable movement that supports everyday life, athletic performance and long-term wellness. In addition to coaching clients, she also serves as the manager of the gym, where she is dedicated to creating a supportive and motivating environment for every member who walks through the door.

I’ve been training for over a decade. Former Head Strength Coach at D1 Sports Training. I’ve put over 150 athletes in college on scholarship, and I have been a strength coach at 3 universities.

I hold certifications in Personal Training, Autism Fitness, and Adaptive Fitness, and I specialize in creating safe, effective programs for individuals with physical, developmental, and cognitive disabilities, as well as beginners looking for supportive and personalized guidance.
My goal is to help every client feel capable, empowered, and successful in their fitness journey. In my free time, I enjoy bodybuilding and strength training.
