Full-Spectrum Infrared Therapy

Our sauna comes equipped with additional heaters that emit near-infrared, mid-infrared, and far-infrared waves. Each portion of the infrared spectrum offers distinct benefits: near-infrared can promote surface healing, skin rejuvenation, and cell regeneration; mid-infrared penetrates a bit deeper, aiding in improving circulation and relieving moderate muscle aches; far-infrared travels deepest, raising core body temperature to induce vigorous sweating and detoxification. By delivering all three ranges of infrared, our sauna provides a more comprehensive therapy, addressing both superficial and deep-tissue needs.

How to Schedule

We are only offering our sauna to our members! In order to use you will have to sign up for a PIM Gym Membership, once purchased you can do the Add on Sauna Membership. We have availability 5AM-9PM, every day of the year! You schedule all of your appointments directly on the Power in Motion Gym App.
