Alex walks Dave Tate from EliteFTS through PIM after being open for 6 years! They talked through all the pieces of equipment and why each was picked to outfit the best gym in Columbus Ohio. Being one of the only gyms in Columbus that is 24 hours has been great for our community to allow people to train whenever they would like.

There is something for everyone at PIM, each piece can be used whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced lifter. PIM sees all walks of life from people just trying to lose weight, people wanting to overcome injuries, those trying to relieve stress, and athletes from grade school through the professional level across the NFL, MLB, and MLS.
